Farewell to Youth
A single word
From him will be enough
To shatter their illusions.
With one word,
He will cloud their vision,
Strip them of what they cherish most.
The youth will go through
A very difficult period.
They will have to take on
The work of men
And leave behind
Their dreams, their hopes.
They will have to leave behind
What matters most.
